This published regulation will remain in effect until an ANSI accredited
standards development organization establishes a standard for hydrogen
fuel used in fuel cell or internal combustion motor vehicles. In
May 2011, California
request bids to
develop the following hydrogen testing
standards:
a. Master Meter Standard.
b. Volumetric Standard c. Gravimetric Standard
