| Scope |
This activity is to update the current
standard ISO 14687-1999. This international standard specifies the
quality characteristics of hydrogen fuel in order to assure uniformity
of the hydrogen product as produced and distributed for utilization in
vehicular applications or other fueling applications
(Note: ISO 14687:1999 Cor 2:2008 removed PEM fuel
cells for road vehicles from the scope.) ISO/TS 14687-2 Hydrogen Fuel – Product Specification Part 2: PEM fuel cell applications for road vehicles This technical specification will be incorporated into an updated ISO 14687 so that the standard more adequately addresses hydrogen powered fuel cell vehicles. |

ISO TS 14687-2:2008 has been published.
The
Working Group is now
working on an International Standard. The comment period for the DIS
will end in June 2011. The DIS has been approved with comments. |
